We don’t rush through your appointment, and we try not to keep you waiting. To accomplish that, Dr. Jones leaves plenty of time in his schedule, just for you. If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.
We know that things happen, and sometimes you just can’t help missing your appointment. However, if it happens more than once, we do need to compensate for our losses. Your second missed appointment (without 24-hour notice) will incur additional fees.
